30 DAY SWINGSTRING WARRANTY
|
SwingString is a merchantability device and comes with a 30 day warranty. The SwingString can only be returned if defective. Warranty is voided if the SwingString is; altered, damaged from pounding in the ground, abuse and misuse. Warranty does not cover acts of God. There are no warranties which extend beyond the the 30 day warranty. SwingString will replace or repair the unit from thirty days of reception of the SwingString. SwingString is not responsible for the return of the defective SwingString. SwingString is not responsible if damage is due to shipping. If purchased from an outside vender, it can only be returned to the outside vender for replacement or repair.

GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
|
If you are not satisfied with the SwingString within 7(seven) days of receiving it, SwingString will refund the purchase price (original shipping and handling not included) of the SwingString. Shipping back to SwingString is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If purchasing from an outside Vender, it is up to the vender's policy and discretion for refunding.

SHIPPING, HANDLING & DELIVERY
|
Each SwingString and packaging is examined before shipping. All merchandise leaves the SwingString warehouse in good condition. Shipping and handling to the customer will ground shipping and through a national shipper and paid for by the customer. Faster shipping can be arranged and it is up to the customer to pay for the additional cost of faster shipping. The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer as soon as, such merchandise is picked up by the carrier for delivery to the customer. Customer is therefore responsible for inspecting all packaging and contents for damage before signing the delivery receipt. All claims for damages or loss, whether apparent or concealed, shall be filed by customer with the carrier. If approved by the carrier, damaged products may be returned for either repair or exchange, and it solely at SwingString’s discretion to accept the repair or exchange. Please note that all claims for loss or damaged products must be made within five days from either the receipt of shipment for damaged goods, or five days from invoice date for lost shipments. Shipment of return of damaged goods is the sole responsibility of the customer.

SWINGSTRING REPLACEMENT PARTS

SwingString has taken a great deal of time and effort in creating its product. Materials used in the development of SwingString are to ensure maximum safety and durability. The use of non-authorized replacement parts is not recommended and will invalidate the SwingString warranty when applicable and may cause equipment failure, bodily harm or property damage. SwingString has taken a great deal of time and effort in creating its product and it has been designed to be safe and effective when used as directed. It is SwingString’s policy to provide the highest possible level of service to our customers. To this end, SwingString has trained a professional staff to address our customer’s requirements. Do not alter the SwingString in any way.
SwingString is to be used outdoors only. Do not use SwingString indoors.
Do not use the SwingString under any influence of drugs, alcohol or other mind and physical altering substances.
The SwingString is not intended to be used as a weapon.
Do not used any heavy devices, such as a hammer, to pound the SwingString in the ground.
Users of the SwingString must be aware of the surround area at all times; such as spectators, buildings, vehicles, etc….
Inspect all parts prior to each use. Do not use the SwingString if there is any sign of excessive wear or damage. The SwingString is not designed to be weatherproof and should be stored after every use.
